Applying for Deferral of Town Planning Board Consideration ( 2011/07/05 )
| The Town Planning Board has received more than 1,200 comments during public inspection period of the S12A application of The Baroque on Lamma project. The Baroque on Lamma Limited has decided to apply for a deferral of the Town Planning Board consideration for 3 months. During the three-month period, we will further consider the comments made by local residents, green groups, business organisations, government bodies, and other environmental and social organisations. Our consultants will also further conduct supplementary ecological, landscape and visual, and social impact assessment studies in order to provide more comprehensive information. We look forward to proactively sharing further details of our proposed development and further understand wishes and needs of different groups, through the continuation of ongoing public engagement activities. |
