Comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessments

Devoted to minimise adverse impacts on the natural environments and the local residents

The Baroque on Lamma has commissioned environmental specialists at an early planning stage to conduct extensive impact assessments of the effects the proposed development have on the site and its vicinity so that due consideration can be taken during the master planning stage. This had indeed led to the proposed Conservation Corridor concept and the proposed development on hill slopes. The marina layout had also taken into account the coral community along the rocky shore as well as the natural beauty of the landscape. The impact assessments also highlight aspects that needed to be taken into consideration during further development of the design of the different elements of the projects. The Impact Assessments undertaken includes:

  • Water Quality Impact Assessment
